• Ready-to-Wear (RTW) Garments

  RTW garments are not eligible for alterations, except for garment length, which is only available in-store.

  Returns or exchanges for RTW items will only be accepted if:

  • The garment is unused and unwashed

  • All original tags are intact.

• We reserve the right to decline any return if the garment fails our internal quality check.

• Refunds are processed within 7 working days after receiving the garment.

• No alterations, exchanges, or refunds are allowed on Sale items.

• We do not offer alterations / exchanges / refunds for customers based outside India.
